Directions:	COLD PACK: 1. Place pack in the refrigerator for a minimum one hour, or in the freezer for a minimum of 30 minutes. 2. When ready to use, remove from the refrigerator or freezer. The gel are pliable when frozen. 3.Fit comfortably around the body, Placing the therapeutic gel portion on the body. 4. Once removed from the refrigerator or freezer, the pack will stay cold for a maximum of one hour. 5.Repeat steps 1-3 as needed.
